These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to your shopping, orders, purchases, and returns at ChelseaVibes’ physical retail stores (“Retail Stores”) as well as through our official online platforms, including our website and mobile app (“Digital Stores”). Collectively, our Retail Stores and Digital Stores are referred to as “ChelseaVibes Stores.”
These Terms establish a legally binding agreement between you and ChelseaVibes (“ChelseaVibes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), headquartered in Greenback, USA. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on our website and will apply to your purchase at the time of order.
By shopping or making a purchase at any ChelseaVibes Store, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
No Purchase for Resale
ChelseaVibes products and the policies related to their purchase are intended exclusively for end consumers. Buying products with the intention to resell them to others—whether consumers, businesses, or third parties—is strictly prohibited. If we determine that a purchase or order is intended for resale, ChelseaVibes reserves the right to take appropriate actions at our sole discretion. These may include suspending any policies or benefits designed for direct consumer purchases, restricting sales to specific customers or accounts, cancelling orders, applying restocking fees, limiting purchase quantities, refusing refunds or returns, denying access to our stores, or suspending or closing accounts.
How to Purchase – Digital Stores
To place an order through our Digital Stores, you must provide accurate information including your full name, valid email address, delivery address, and payment details. For full functionality of our online store, such as customizing items, adding products to your basket, and submitting orders, you may need to enable cookies and pop-ups in your browser settings.
Once you submit an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”). Your order is accepted when we dispatch the products, at which point you will receive a second email confirming shipment. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and will not process that portion of your order.
Our Right to Reject Your Purchase or Cancel an Order
At ChelseaVibes, all product sales and order fulfillment are subject to product availability and our inventory management policies. We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order or sale at our discretion, without liability beyond refunding any payment you have made. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction, and Time Limits for Claims
You agree that these Terms and any disputes between you and ChelseaVibes will be governed by the laws of Oregon, USA, without applying its conflict of law rules, and not by international treaties like the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Unless local laws say otherwise, any disputes related to your orders or purchases from ChelseaVibes will be handled individually, not as class actions, and will be resolved only in state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. By agreeing to this, you also waive any objections about the court’s location or personal jurisdiction. Please note that any claims you have must be brought within one year after the issue arises, unless a longer period is required by law.
Right to Assign, No Waivers, and Severability
ChelseaVibes reserves the right to transfer its rights and responsibilities under these Terms to another party at any time without notifying you, except where the law requires us to do so. This won’t affect your rights or our commitments to you. You can only transfer your rights or obligations to someone else with our written consent. If we don’t enforce these Terms strictly right away, it doesn’t mean we’re waiving our rights. Any waiver will only be valid if given in writing and won’t apply to future breaches. You should assume these Terms remain fully in effect. Finally, if any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the rest will continue to apply as intended.
Accepted Payment Methods
At ChelseaVibes, we offer a variety of secure payment options to make your checkout smooth and hassle-free. For online purchases through our website, you can find the complete list of payment methods available in the Help section. When shopping in our physical stores, payment options are clearly displayed at the register. Please note that any use of gift cards is subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined on our Gift Card page. We kindly ask that you only use payment methods listed on our site or in-store, as we cannot be responsible for any losses or issues that arise from unauthorized payment attempts.
How Payment Is Processed
For most orders placed on our website, including ready-to-ship products, we will temporarily hold (pre-authorize) the payment amount on your card when you place your order. The final charge will be completed once your order is dispatched. For made-to-order or customised items, the payment process may differ, and specific terms will be communicated at checkout.
Pricing and Currency
Prices for our products are shown in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax. Shipping fees are calculated separately and applied to each order. While we strive to keep our prices consistent, they may be updated periodically. However, any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and acknowledged by us.

When shopping online, the total price shown at checkout includes estimated taxes and shipping charges (where applicable). In-store purchases will have taxes and shipping fees, if any, displayed on your receipt. If your card’s billing currency is not in US dollars, please be aware that your bank or card issuer will apply their own exchange rate and may charge additional fees. These charges are beyond our control and vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Delivery Locations and Timing
We don’t dispatch orders on certain public holidays. For the exact dates and available delivery options, please check the Help section on our website. We only deliver to valid home or business addresses within the United States and its territories.
Multiple Shipments
Usually, your entire order ships in one package. However, sometimes items may arrive separately due to stock availability or other factors. We reserve the right to split your order into multiple deliveries if needed. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email at the address you used when placing your order. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged extra for any split shipments.
Checking Your Order Upon Arrival
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging and items carefully. If you notice any damage, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
Discounted Shipping for Members
Members of ChelseaVibes may qualify for discounted shipping rates on orders that meet certain minimum amounts. These thresholds are set by ChelseaVibes and may vary. For more information on qualifying orders and shipping discounts, please visit the Help section of our website.
Cancelling Orders Before They Ship — Online Store
You can cancel your order free of charge within 30 minutes after placing it, no questions asked. However, please keep in mind that we start processing orders almost immediately after they’re placed, so the cancellation window is limited.
If your order status shows as “Pending” or “On Hold,” it can no longer be cancelled. If you miss the 30-minute cancellation window, your items will be shipped to you and can be returned following our standard return process described below.
Returning Items After Purchase or Delivery
Unless an item is marked as “Final Sale” or otherwise specified, you’re welcome to return your purchase in line with our return policy available on our website at ChelseaVibes.com/returns. Items bought in-store can be returned at any ChelseaVibes retail location. If you purchased online, you may return your order by mailing it back or visiting any ChelseaVibes store.

An Event Beyond Our Control includes any situation outside our reasonable influence, such as supply chain disruptions, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, war (declared or undeclared), natural disasters like floods or earthquakes, pandemics, or failures of communication networks.

If delivery of your order is delayed due to such an event, we will coordinate a new delivery date with you once normal service resumes. You may cancel your order if you no longer wish to receive the products due to these unforeseen circumstances.
